Required fees other than the product

・Shipping fee (free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen or more excluding tax)
・Handling fee (A handling fee of 190 yen (tax included) is required for convenience store payments.)

Handling cancellations and returns

Since all of our products are made to order and production begins after we receive your order, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for different products due to customer convenience.
We accept returns within 8 days only if the product is found to be defective after it arrives or if the product is different from the one you ordered.
In that case, we will generally exchange the product for a good one.
For details, please refer to " Article 11 of the Terms of Use ."
*Due to printing reproduction, there may be differences in color between the image and the actual product. Please note that these are not defects.

Delivery time

All products are made to order and production begins after we receive your order, so your product will be shipped within 7 to 10 days.
The delivery time for the product will be calculated by adding the number of days required for delivery (1 to 3 business days) to that period.
