Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2022, this monthly magazine focuses on music, film and new artists. Buff Out! is a word that means to "spit out." It is a magazine where actors, actresses, musicians and other artists "spit out" themselves, i.e., "support" their artistic activities rather than "criticizing" them. We introduce the current status of artists we want to continue to follow.
